September 2016

Warning!  This post has a million pictures.  The good news is, there won't be many words!

Quick recap of September:

1.  We went camping for Labor Day weekend with some of my very favorite Morgantown friends:
Shari Kellems

Sharleen and Reagan Curtis

Shari, Sharleen, Jessica Criser, and Me

The next morning, Sharleen took us horseback riding in Bruceton Mills.  Merrody and I got to go on such a fun trail ride in the woods!

2. We spent Labor Day with Grandma and Grandpa Malone on Cheat Lake.  It was a perfect day!  We found a cool rope swing and the kids got to go tubing.

Merr was terrified that Henry would fall out, but Henry was having a blast!  Look at that air!

3. Hazel started Pre-K (The other kids started in August)

4.  We re-did a bunch of stuff in our house recently.  We worked on the kids bedrooms, finished the basement, and put wainscoting in the dining room in the last year.  Here are a few after photos:

Merr and Norah's room.  I am very proud of the gallery wall I made (after having most of the stuff in my closet for three years!)

Hazel and Henry's room

Joel and Jack's room

5.  We went to Columbus and got our family pictures taken

6.  Justin came for a really fun visit, and then we met up with Joel in DC and we all went to the BYU vs. WVU football game!  So fun!

7.  More cross country for Joely:

I ran in to Beth Wilson from elementary school days!
8.  A piano concert

Dinner after the concert
9.  And a Court of Honor

Whew!  That was a lot of pictures!  A lot of good memories, too!
