Labor Day Weekend

We had a nice Labor Day weekend with these guys:

We visited Blackwater Falls, went on a fun date, played games, watched shows, and generally had a great time!  Oh, and we did a root canal and a bridge insert on Bethany.  Thank heavens Matt is a dentist or I would never see anyone!

Back to Blackwater Falls:

 We were trying out my new selfie stick.  Clearly I thought I needed to duck down or something.  What?

The falls were crazy small because of the dry summer we've had.

The Gabrielsens left us before lunch on Monday, so we decided to spend the rest of our Labor Day at Cheat Lake with Grandma and Grandpa Malone.  So fun!  The boys took turns doing flips off the dock diving board.

We had a nice boat ride on very choppy waters and stopped to rescue an overturned paddle boat that we hoped would be the one we lost at the Malone reunion.  It turned out not to be the one we lost, but Matt, Merrody and Joel brought it out to the boat, and we towed it back to the dock anyway.

The rest of us had a nice time, too!
