East Coast Reunion 2015

We had a great time at Heather's house for the East Coast Flake Family Reunion.  The highlight was definitely having Haley there!

The first day was spent at a local (Lake) beach.  The kids had a great time!

That night, we went on a sisters date.  So fun!

The next morning was the color run.  So fun!  Joel and Merrody ran along with me, Heather, Bethany and Haley.

We cleaned up and headed to White House Farms, a local farm market famous for their doughnuts.

Matt, Merrody, Henry and I had to leave the fun at that point to head to Ripley, WV for a special awards ceremony.  Merrody won 1st place in the WV Writers Competition in the middle school division.  It was a long drive, but so worth it!

Grandma Malone came too!

Here she is with one of the judges, who chose her story for its "freshness".  She won $100.  Congrats, Merrody!  We're so proud of you!
